Puntt Launches Esports Player Betting
A letter from our CEO Phill Adams

Puntt's Community Chest for this quarter will be donated to the World Health Organisation
In 2018 the founders of Puntt started to discuss betting on esports. As a group of gamers and betting industry professionals we knew that we loved watching esports. We were excited by esports betting but we couldn’t find a platform that reflected the excitement of matches. So, we decided to build it ourselves.
Two years later and we’re thrilled to have launched Puntt, an esports betting service built on the principles of fairness and transparency. Starting today, we’re offering new, exciting bets that esports fans have never seen before with many more new markets and games to come.
We understand that the betting industry doesn’t always have the best reputation. Esports especially has been poorly served, with a history of grey, unregulated markets. We know this can be done better. Betting should be run for the benefit of the community it serves. It was with this aim in mind we created the Puntt Community Chest, where a percentage of our turnover each quarter is given to charities and gaming-related good causes.
When we selected today as our launch date, we couldn’t have anticipated the extraordinary challenge the world would be facing. So as Puntt’s Chief Executive, I’m proud we have nominated the World Health Organisation COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund as the beneficiary of the Puntt Community Chest for this first quarter. We hope our contribution can in some small way help the WHO in coordinating the global effort against COVID-19.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Puntt for their tireless work during the last two years, and especially over recent days and weeks. I’d also like to express my gratitude to customers present and future, for choosing Puntt and enabling us to do something great.
